Although great relationships are the key ingredient to a great working environment, having a few perks with the job is really the icing on the cake. We like to provide the building blocks for a perfect day for you at work. Come in, grab some fruit and coffee, sit down in your ergonomically perfect chair, turn on your sparkling top-of-the-range 22” Samsung monitor, while eyeing up the cake and donuts. Oh, and the iPhones for Christmas helped as well!
Flexi-Time
We offer a (very popular) flexible working policy. We know you have a life outside of work, so we cater for your needs by letting you control your own working hours. We try to promote a successful environment where you can work, learn and think at your own pace.
Learning environment
We have a room dedicated to learning. We like to call it the “library” because it is full of books. A regular supply of books arrives at our doors to help cultivate your learning environment. We attend the latest conferences, exhibitions and seminars; just tell us what you want to attend and we’ll send you to it!
Social events
The person sitting next to you may be your colleague, but we hope it doesn’t just stop there. We have regular social events, not just the standard company parties. In the last few months we have been paintballing, go-karting as well as a weekend out in London. This is on top of the weekly 5-a-side football on Wednesday nights. Hopefully you’ll join us in time for our summer survival weekend in the Welsh wilderness.
Location
We’re based right in the centre of the capital of Wales. Situated right next to St. David’s Centre, the shops are literally next door. You’re spoilt for choice when you pop out for lunch. We’re also only 10 minutes away from Cardiff Central station, and just 4 minutes from Queen Street station.
