IEG

The IEG Statement sets out the visions and plans for local councils for the provision of better services to meet the needs of local people, through the use of information and communication technology (ICT).

All local authorities have to produce an IEG Statement to support the national target of 100% capability of electronic service delivery (ESD) by 2005.
