Box UK wins coveted place at BBC Innovation Labs

We are delighted to announce that the BBC have chosen a Box UK project for one of their coveted Innovation Lab places. The BBC Innovation Labs are aimed at independent media companies with a track record of producing innovative new media products. Selected companies work with BBC commissioners and other mentors during an intensive 5-day period to develop an idea and prepare a final pitch. Over 250 applications were made from companies across the UK.

Box UK will now send a team of three to a residential lab at the end of April, where the project will be evolved and prototyped in collaboration with peers and BBC mentors.
