San Francisco applauds Box UK! Find out why...
Box UK's Judy Haynes and Dan Zambonini recently presented their analysis and findings from a study on how users interact with museum websites at the prestigious Museums and the Web conference in San Francisco.
Using clickdensity's heatmaps and click analysis, they compared and contrasted data gathered from the typical user profile of a museum website visitor with that of a standard, generic website visitor. The presentation covered important factors such as browser and hardware set-up, text size settings, click speed as well as other valuable data that can affect website design and usability.
clickdensity was extremely well received by those in attendance, and Box UK's presentation was one of only a very small number of sessions mentioned as an event highlight.
