Freelance Web Designers

We are looking to recruit freelance web designers to our books for regular contract work.

We are looking for people who can creatively design for CMS driven sites. You should be able to think beyond the traditional 3 column layout and should be aware of the latest usability and accessibility guidelines. We are not looking for pure Flash designers.
